Responsibilities: The Tenant relieves the Rome Sweet Home from any responsibility for damages caused by a third party or malfunctions of appliances caused by a third party (i.e.: electricity, heating, etc.), and is directly responsible to the party and third parties for damages caused by him/her, due to water leakage, gas leaks, etc., and by any other abuse or misusage of the apartment and its belongings. The Tenant relieves Rome Sweet Home from any responsibility for damages, injures or accidents that may occur to him/her during the rent period.
