General Cancellation Policy: The reservation can be cancelled totally or partially but the following penalties must be paid: 0% of the letting price if cancellation is made at least 75 days before the beginning of the letting period; 20% of the letting price if cancellation is made at least 45 days before the beginning of the letting period; 50% if cancellation is made between 45 and 15 days before the beginning of the letting period; 100% in case of no-show or if the cancellation is made 15 days before letting period . Responsibilities: The Tenant relieves the Rome Sweet Home from any responsibility for damages caused by a third party or malfunctions of appliances caused by a third party (i.e.: electricity, heating, etc.), and is directly responsible to the party and third parties for damages caused by him/her, due to water leakage, gas leaks, etc., and by any other abuse or misusage of the apartment and its belongings. The Tenant relieves Rome Sweet Home from any responsibility for damages, injures or accidents that may occur to him/her during the rent period.
